On July 29–30, 2026, our technical executive team completed a targeted strategic visit to four premier manufacturing enterprises in South Korea. By leveraging our state-of-the-art high-precision CNC grinding machines to produce high-performance automotive driveline parts, precision ball screws, robotics components, and RV reducers directly within client facilities, the tour successfully established robust manufacturing alliances aimed at elevating sub-micron machining standards globally.
The accelerated growth of Electric Vehicles (EVs) and intelligent humanoid robotics has elevated precision manufacturing requirements from the sub-millimeter level to sub-micron tolerances. Eliminating high-frequency noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) in high-RPM EV powertrains and achieving ultra-smooth motion in joint actuators demand tailored grinding solutions for diverse geometric configurations.
To address complex machining requirements across multiple part categories, our executive delegation conducted an intensive technical tour across South Korea from July 29 to July 30, 2026, visiting four industry leaders specializing in:
Automotive Driveline Systems: High-precision transmission gear shafts, motor shafts, and CV joints requiring coaxial multi-step ID/OD grinding.
Precision Lead & Ball Screws: High-load thread profile grinding for internal nuts and external ball screws.
Core Robotics Components: Thin-walled ring gears, sleeve housings, and precision actuator shafts.
RV Reducers: Large-diameter cycloidal housings, pin-gear hubs, and eccentric shafts demanding extreme vertical and compound grinding accuracy.

During shop-floor trials and engineering workshops, joint engineering teams evaluated the performance of our grinding machines under actual factory conditions.

Utilizing our compound and thread grinding systems directly inside the host plants, stepped transmission shafts and high-precision ball screw threads were processed on site. The finished components easily achieved strict profile tolerances and mirror surface finishes ($Ra < 0.1 mu m$), reducing overall cycle times by over 30% while eliminating cumulative setup errors.

In high-speed electric drive units, gear teeth and shaft bearing journals must maintain near-perfect concentricity to prevent acoustics issues. Our ID/OD compound grinding and vertical grinding machines provide single-clamping or zero-deflection solutions that significantly reduce friction, heat generation, and audible NVH.
For RV reducers and precision ball screw assemblies—the key motion joints in industrial and humanoid robots—our CNC Thread Grinders and Vertical Grinders ensure continuous lead accuracy and raceway rigidity, providing South Korean robot component manufacturers with a solid foundation for scalable mass production.
